		<description>Crock Pot Cooking is the staple of most busy homes where take out and bring home is not an option! Here is a quick selection for your readers to take to the office for pot luck or party. 
Ingredients:
1 can diced Green chilies                     
¼ c. Green onions
2/3 c. each Jack &amp; Cheddar cheese
1 bag Corn chips                                
Skillet
1 sm. can Black olives                          
Crock-pot
1 lg. can Refried beans	                  
Vegetable oil
1 can Green chili salsa                         
1 lb Ground beef

Directions: 
Cook hamburger in vegetable oil adding bouquet of seasonings and drain. Layer crock-pot with ½ refried beans top then 1/2-diced chilies, 1/2 green onion, ½ hamburger and 2/3 Jack cheese. Start second layer with remaining refried beans, chilies, onions, hamburger and 2/3 Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle black olives on top of cheddar cheese. And cook on low in crock-pot for 4-5 hours or until top cheese melts.  You can bake at 375 in oven until the 
cheese bubbles if desired. Serve with chips.</description>
